NSL Telecoms joins the BCH Academy

Since NSL Telecoms were introduced to the BCH Academy Programme they have shown a strong desire to work closely with BCH and progress through the 4-tiered programme, which focuses on building partners’ knowledge of the product set enabling them to maximise their profitability and create sustainable revenues. Despite NSL Telecoms only recently being awarded Gold Partner status, they are already making steady progress towards platinum level, the third tier of the programme. NSL Telecoms has worked diligently to acquire specialised knowledge which has enabled them to achieve maximum benefit from the programme and they are now in a position where they can confidently sell bespoke applications that add real value to end users. CommsFM joins the BCH Academy as a Gold Partner

The recently launched ‘BCH Academy’ Partner Programme allows BCH Solutions’ truly committed partners to gain sustained revenue and profitability through a 4-tiered training programme.  The Academy focuses on building partners’ knowledge of the product set and also how they can maximise on opportunities within their existing client and prospect base, which they may not have been aware of. CommsFM have been a reseller partner of BCH since 2011. Since the introduction of the Academy Programme, BCH have built up a solid working partnership with CommFM, which both parties have been keen to grow. A fundamental element to this vast growth was the 2 businesses working side-by-side to secure a large contract for the provision of a feature-rich call conferencing service into a large retail chain. BCH provided hands-on sales support, such as delivering product demonstrations for the end-user client, helping CommsFM price up the offering, overcoming final objections and assisting with the service delivery. Since the acquisition of the traffic, BCH have also significantly enhanced the conferencing platform to cope with large peaks in call traffic and increased its resilience. BCH Solutions enhances their online portal due to partner feedback

Further to partner feedback, BCH Solutions were challenged with creating a more user-friendly web portal by improving the number management process. Users wanted the option to search for a telephone number on their account and immediately be bought to the set-up screen to manage the number to further increase their efficiency. To meet this requirement a dedicated number search bar has now been added to the home screen. Using this tool ensures that users are taken directly to the relevant number setup screen in a single click. In addition, our forward-thinking development team decided to go one-step further by creating multiple new viewing options for the web portal home page therefore increasing practicality for partners that need to manage a vast array of services.
