BCH Solutions enhances their online portal due to partner feedback

Further to partner feedback, BCH Solutions were challenged with creating a more user-friendly web portal by improving the number management process. Users wanted the option to search for a telephone number on their account and immediately be bought to the set-up screen to manage the number to further increase their efficiency.

To meet this requirement a dedicated number search bar has now been added to the home screen. Using this tool ensures that users are taken directly to the relevant number setup screen in a single click.

In addition, our forward-thinking development team decided to go one-step further by creating multiple new viewing options for the web portal home page therefore increasing practicality for partners that need to manage a vast array of services. The new options are set out below:

This development was driven through partner feedback and demonstrates the commitment of BCH to provide solutions quickly when required for our committed partners. The recently launched Partner Programme ‘The BCH Academy’ encourages a close working partnership between BCH and reseller partners for mutual benefit, allowing high level partners the unique opportunity to participate in Director level workshops with BCH. This enables our partners to have direct influence and involvement in product development. Furthermore with all the solutions designed, developed and deployed in-house, partners benefit from fleet of foot service delivery, backed up by dedicated in-house sales and technical support.
